BOSCH BOVA36-M15 is a 3-ton Variable Speed gas furnace suitable for heating homes up to 3,600 sq. ft. in southern Ontario. Known for quality, BOSCH positions its HVAC products in the mid-to-high market range. Equipped with a R-410A blower, this furnace adjusts airflow to match heating needs efficiently. It has an AFUE rating of 9 (A-level efficiency) and, with proper care, can last 15-20 years. The filter (28 × 28 × 24.94) should be replaced regularly. Energy Star certified, it lowers energy bills and reduces carbon footprint.
